In fact figures show that only 5% of domainers actually make a living buying and selling domain names. The domain name industry offers more ways for you make money than just selling domain names. Domain name parking is actually a simple, yet effective, way. There are many domain name parking sites:

and the list goes on.
You can make revenue from these parking sites because they are selling advertising. All you do is signup with a domain name parking site, add your names, and the parking site will make your domain name a landing page. When people go to your parking a click a link, you make money. It’s that simple!
Paying $7 to $9 for a domain name is probably cheaper than your current hobby, so domain name collecting does not take alot of money. It is a rewarding hobby and, as I said earlier, you are purchasing internet real estate.
