I'll be upfront - I do not design. If you're looking to have a PSD design coded, a design/template created, etc - I'm not the right person for you. However, I am well versed in PHP and MySQL. So it's best if you already have a design/template that you wish to use, if that is required for your project.

My programming rates vary, but can be as low as $25-$30 an hour depending on the size of the project; whether it's a full backend or just maintenance, upgrades, bug fixes, etc. Please detail your project ideas/requirements/specifications as much as possible.
